1. Services Offered
We provide packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, and storage services for residential, commercial, and industrial goods.
2. Booking & Payments
- Booking Confirmation: Customers must provide accurate details when booking our services.
- Advance Payment: A partial payment may be required to confirm the booking.
- Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before unloading the goods.
- Accepted Payment Methods: [List accepted payment methods – Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.]
3. Pricing & Additional Charges
- Pricing is based on distance, volume, weight, and additional services requested.
- Additional charges may apply for packing materials, insurance, storage, waiting time, or last-minute changes.
- Any delay in payment may result in service cancellation or additional penalties.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must declare all goods to be transported accurately.
- Hazardous, illegal, perishable, and prohibited items must not be included in the shipment.
- Customers must be present during pickup and delivery or assign a representative.
- It is the customer's responsibility to check all items upon delivery before signing the receipt.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Last-minute cancellations may be non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may include additional charges.
6. Insurance & Liability
- Customers can opt for insurance coverage to protect their goods from loss or damage.
- Our liability is limited to handling and transporting items safely.
- We are not responsible for damages due to natural disasters, accidents, riots, or incorrect packing by the customer.
7. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
- While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, or other unforeseen reasons.
- We will keep the customer informed and make necessary arrangements for timely delivery.
8. Dispute Resolution
- In case of disputes, customers must first contact our customer support team.
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the legal jurisdiction of Jamnagar.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
